You set a net day fee per format. The clinic sees one all-in price with coordination inside it. You invoice your full fee directly; nothing is deducted from it.
A booking is confirmed the moment the clinic pays our coordination fee, upfront. That payment is what makes it a commitment rather than a promise. You never front travel.

You decide what is public
Your prices do not have to be on your page. For each format you choose: show the all-in price, or mark it on request. On request means the page shows no figure and your concierge still knows your fee, so a clinic that asks is answered properly in the conversation rather than told to wait for someone.
You can also leave a fee out entirely, for the days you genuinely quote per engagement. Three choices, per format, changed whenever you like.
